Use "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter the email address on your account. The reset link arrives within a few minutes and is valid for a limited time; if nothing arrives, check your spam folder before writing to support.
Cancel from Subscription in your account settings; premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Cancelling does not delete anything — scores, practice history and review queue are all still there if you come back. Deleting the account itself is a separate action, and it is permanent.
Yes, from your profile settings, and it is yours to do without asking anyone. Deleting is not a way to reset your free allowances, though — a new account made with the same email does not start the trial again.
A prediction compares your recent scores against historical admission scores for each field you have chosen. It is a well-founded estimate of your readiness, not a promise of a seat: the real cut-off moves every year with the number of applicants and the seats available. Treat it as a direction to study in, and it is worth what it says.

It carries practice sessions (3 a day), AI explanations (3 a day), AI tutor messages (3 a day), field predictions (3 a day) and full mock exams (1 a month). Every new account also starts with a 7-day premium trial. Premium is for when you no longer want to count.
No. KankorAsan is an independent private education platform operated by KankorAsan. It is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the National Examination Authority (NEXA), the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Education, or any other public authority. We do not conduct the Kankor or issue official results.
