Welcome to the KankorAsan Help Center.
Quick start 1. Create an account and pick your language. 2. During onboarding, set your Kankor date and dream field. 3. From the Practice page, choose a subject and question count, and start.
Practice & exams • Practice: solve questions by subject and difficulty. • Mock exam: a full 160-question exam with real Kankor timing. • Review: missed questions return via spaced repetition.
Field prediction After a few sessions, the system shows your admission chances for fields and universities based on your estimated score.
Common issues • Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login page. • Any questions? Message us from the Contact page.
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter the email address on your account. The reset link arrives within a few minutes and is valid for a limited time; if nothing arrives, check your spam folder before writing to support.
Cancel from Subscription in your account settings; premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Cancelling does not delete anything — scores, practice history and review queue are all still there if you come back. Deleting the account itself is a separate action, and it is permanent.
Yes, from your profile settings. The new address has to be verified before it replaces the old one, so that losing access to an inbox cannot lock you out of your account.
Nothing is taken away. Your scores, your mistake bank, your streak and every exam you have sat stay exactly where they are — the account simply goes back to the free daily allowances. Premium is a limit on how much you can do in a day, never a lock on what you have already done.
It tells you, rather than pretending everything is fine. You are shown whether the connection is working, weak or gone — including inside a mock exam or a duel, where knowing matters most. Reads retry on their own once you are back, and anything you had typed is kept, so a dropped connection never costs you your words.
No. Opening the briefing page starts nothing — the clock only runs once you press start and accept it. If you have started one and want out, cancel it. An exam you cancel without answering a single question is recorded as abandoned rather than graded as a zero, and if you cancel quickly enough it is not taken off your allowance either.
Your streak counts the days in a row on which you studied. The day turns over at midnight Kabul time — not at midnight wherever your phone thinks it is — and the same boundary is used by the daily goal and the daily challenge, so all three agree with each other. Studying twice in one day does not add two days.
